PURPOSE: A tub for accumulating thermal medium oil is provided to prevent an overheat of a circulation pump and to increase the endurance by introducing thermal medium oil into the circulation pump through a spiral pipe. CONSTITUTION: Thermal medium oil stored in a heat accumulating tub(1) is heated by using an electric heater(70), so thermal medium oil stored in the heat accumulating tub(1) is expanded. When a predetermined pressure is formed in the heat accumulating tub(1), thermal medium oil is introduced into a complement tank(10) through a conveying pipe(11). When a heat exchange of thermal medium oil is carried out, pressure of the heat accumulating tub(1) is lowered so that thermal medium oil introduced into the complement tank(10) is circulated into the heat accumulating tub(1) through the conveying pipe(11). Since the complement tank(10) is positioned between the heat accumulating tub(1) and a water reservoir(2), thermal medium oil stored in the heat accumulating tub(1) is insulated.
