PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate reaction control method. SOLUTION: By continuously measuring the refractive index of reaction liquid inside a reaction vessel by a refractometer provided with a CCD detector, reaction is controlled. Excellent product quality is obtained and the excellent maintainability of a plant is obtained.
