PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb fluctuation by allowing the buffer and the hand-over trunk to have provision for flexibly the system configuration and the operating form. SOLUTION: The system relating to the buffer and the hand-over trunk is provided with a storage means 11 that stores a transmission unit including timing information, a storage means 12 that stores a correction value β, a physical timing generating means 13 that generates a physical timing P, a correction value update means 14 that updates a correction value to (P-n) when timing information (n) is lower than the sum of the newest physical timing P generated by the timing generating means 13 and an increment (β-α) of a correction value stored in the storage means 12 as to each transmission unit stored in the storage means 11, a timing control means 31 that identifies a point of time when the stored transmission unit is read, and a read means 16 that reads sequentially the transmission unit where the timing information (n) is (p+(β-α)) or over among cells stored in the storage means 11 with respect to the physical timing P and the correction value β for each point of time. |
