PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote selling of houses in the suburbs by enabling comfortable commuting even from houses in the suburbs. SOLUTION: The house is sold with a train privilege attached, with which a train ticket can be purchased preferentially, by a house selling company, and a person, who purchases a house, can get a reserved seat ticket of train preferentially by using this train privilege. Thus, the person, who purchases the house in the suburbs, can assure the seat of train. |
