PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle communication method of information where equipment for communicating information to a passenger in a vehicle of traffic facilities can be simplified. SOLUTION: This method includes a step s31, RFID on an electronic railroad ticket is read, a starting station, a destination station and a transfer station are set; in a step s32, the present position of a vehicle is confirmed; in a step s33, it is determined whether the present position is outside the usable region; and the case of the outside, a step s40 is applied, notification is made to a portable telephone 3, which is vibrated by a vibration level 1.
