The pump has at least one throttle gap (8) left between the displaceable piston (6) and the sector of the volume store (4) which lies against the inlet aperture (31) of the connecting channel (3) leading to the working cavity (1) of the pump. This gap is connected to a flushing line (9) running from the volume store out through the pump casing.
