PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens assembly for optical recording having such a structure that the lenses neither vary in interval nor slant when it is aligned. SOLUTION: The lens assembly for optical recording which has lenses and a spacer ring 5 in a cylindrical lens frame 1, is provided with a plane part F which is perpendicular to the optical axis at the outer peripheral parts of both the surfaces of the lenses. At least one of the lenses is fixed to internal lens frames 25a and 25b positioned coaxially in the lens frame 1 and both the end surfaces of the internal lens frames 25a and 25b are planes which are perpendicular to the optical axis. A plurality of lenses are preferably fixed to one internal lens frame. The lenses and/or the internal lens frames 25a and 25b and the spacer ring 5 are fixed with a photosetting adhesive injected through a through hole 3 of the cylindrical lens frame 1. |
