<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel and a body of a cold insulation vehicle wherein treatment of a vacuum heat insulation member is facilitated, and a vacuum state of the vacuum beat insulation member is kept unchanged for a long time, and further it has excellent heat insulation efficiency. SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel is constructed such that a core member in which a recessed groove is provided is covered with a synthetic resin film 53 and a film end edge is sealed, and a vacuum heat insulation member 50A obtained by reducing pressure in the film and accommodating a sealing section 530 of the synthetic resin film in a recessed groove of the core member, is held with a surface member. A seal wrinkle section 530C obtained by permitting the sealing section to intersect is restricted in its vertical standing direction, and a protruded side surface 5B where the seal wrinkle section 530C is existent and a side surface 5A of the vacuum heat insulation member 50A having a side surface 5A where the seal wrinkle section 530C is not existent are brought into contact and connected, whereby disposition density of the vacuum heat insulation member is increased and hence heat insulation efficiency is improved.</p> |
