PURPOSE: A hydraulic double capstan system is provided to control winding speed and rotation direction by winding a net and a rope with double hydraulic capstan drums, and to improve working efficiency by reducing manpower and the occupied space in a ship. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic double capstan system is composed of a hydraulic motor(1), a hydraulic control valve(3), a capstan body(5) and a capstan drum(6). The hydraulic control valve regulates flow and direction of operating fluid, and the hydraulic motor drives the capstan drum by rotating a power converting gear and a pinion. Two power converting gears are rotated in driving two hydraulic motors in the lower part of the capstan body, and the net and the rope are pulled by capstan drums. Winding speed and rotation direction of the drum are adjusted by using two capstan drums, and working efficiency is improved with reducing the occupied space. |
