The holders with their fixer screws and spacers are fitted at their bottom end with a fixable joint head (2) drilled through to take axis pins (1) for the adjuster face bow. The joint heads (2) come in two parts which respectively turn arrestably in two different planes. The joint head can take the form of a ball joint to rotate in all planes and fixable by screw clamp. The head preferably has axially registering holes (4) at both ends to line the pins (1) up axially through the head (2) and in this way transfer the axis points from electronic plates to mechnical plates or skin. The adjustable bow is in two parts to suit bow width to head size and the pins (1) can be adjusted axially for precision axis point transfer to skin etc, fixing the pins by screw. To relieve weight, the bow (3) rests freely on bearing pins (16) on the upper bow and holders and joint heads stand sufficiently high and wide to the sides to allow the electronically tagged points to be recorded and so fit the upper bow securely and correctly by the head band.
