PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an energy transaction system for keeping fairness of a consumer by fairly calculating a gas transaction quantity on the basis of a flow rate and a unit calorific value. SOLUTION: A governor 11 being a relay branch point measures the unit calorific value H (a standard state), and transmits a measured value to a gas meter 13 and a server computer 7. The gas meter 13 calculates a mass flow rate Qm of gas, and sends an integral value of Qm and H to the server computer 7. The server computer 7 stores the sent integral value in a database 17 as charging information 19. The server computer 7 calculates and charges the gas transaction quantity of the consumer 15 on the basis of the integral value of Qm and H.
