PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a target fermentation product. SOLUTION: The method comprises mutation not hurting a microorganism's producing ability of the target fermentation product by auxotrophy of the microorganism, overproducing the target fermentation product and causing auxotrophic proliferation of the microorganism, and a process providing a fermentation medium containing a recombinantly produced microorganism. Subsequently, an excess of all substrates needed for the production of the fermentation product and proliferation-controlling amount of the substrate compensating the auxotrophy are supplied into the medium. A host cell, a vector and a polynucleotide sequence used in the method are also provided. |
