摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable splicing structure in which radiation electromagnetic waves from shielded cables or circuit boards by resonance can be inhibited effectively by a simple method at a low cost, in a cable splicing form that sections among the circuit boards in electronic equipment are spliced by the shielded cables and a signal is transmitted, and to provide the electronic equipment having the cable splicing structure. SOLUTION: In the cable splicing structure in which the two circuit boards 103 and 104 are spliced by the shielded cable 101 through connectors 107 and 108, the shielded cable 101 is covered with a shielding conductor 102, and the shielding conductor 102 is conductive-spliced to a metallic box body 106 at a position within a range of length obtained by multiplying the wavelength of 1/32-7/16 of the upper limit frequency of the radiation electromagnetic waves, as a problem generated by the shielded cable 101 or the wavelength of 1/32-7/16 of the specified upper-limit frequency of the radiation electromagnetic waves from positions where the shielding conductor 102 and the connectors are connected by a wavelength shortening ratio in the shielding conductor 102.
