PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a norbornene-based resin film which can protect a liquid crystal or a polarizer from ultraviolet deterioration and does not cause visual failure due to the vaporization of an ultraviolet absorber upon extrusion molding, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The norbornene-based resin film is used, whose transmittance of ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 380 nm or less is 40% or less. |
