PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine which can be widely applicable to diseases such as thamuria, incontinence, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, dolor, cough, hypersensitivity enteropathy, vomiting, depression, anxiety, manic-depressive psychosis and schizophrenia. SOLUTION: The medicine comprises a combination of an NK-1 receptor antagonist, an NK-2 receptor antagonist and/or an anticholinergic agent. The medicine is effective as a preventive or a curative for thamuria, incontinence, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, dolor, cough, hypersensitivity enteropathy, vomiting, depression, anxiety, manic-depressive psychosis and schizophrenia. In particular, the medicine comprises a combination of a compound represented by formula (1) [wherein, each symbol in the formula is defined in the description], its salt or its prodrug, an NK-2 receptor antagonist, and/or an anticholinergic agent.
