摘要 A traveling frame device for guiding a conveyor chain in a conveyor system, comprising at least a pair of frame materials (A1), a connection block (10), and traveling rails (D), wherein the frame material (A1) comprises a base plate (1) and a pair of bent plates (2, 4) formed generally in a groove shape, a plurality of cut-out grooves (5) to be generally orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the bent plates (2, 4) are provided in the bent plates (2, 4) at specified intervals, and the base plates (1) is formed so that the shapes of the cut-out grooves (5) are deformed and the bent plates (2, 4) are curved laterally when the base plate (1) is bent in thickness direction, whereby the frame materials can be deformed easily and surely in a desired curved state, and thus the traveling frame device having reduced weight and increased rigidity, simply structured and easily produced, suitable for mass-production, easy in handling and assembly, and most suitable for a curved transfer portion can be provided.
