PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rolled material which is uniformly filled with a resin, causes neither disturbance of yarn nor dislocation of meshes in production, transportation, preservation and use and is the most suitable for use as a reinforcing material. SOLUTION: This rolled material 10 of reinforcing fiber cloth is obtained by forming a reinforcing fiber fabric such as a reinforcing fiber woven fabric 11 which is constituted of a reinforcing fiber and is filled by fixation of a resin through a release sheet 20a into a rolled material state. This apparatus has a weaving machine for weaving warps and wefts composed of the reinforcing fiber, a release sheet supply apparatus for placing the release sheet 20a at least on the under side of the woven reinforcing fiber woven fabric 11, a heating apparatus equipped with a heat press apparatus for heat-treating the reinforcing fiber woven fabric 11 through the release sheet 20a and a winding apparatus for winding the reinforcing fiber woven fabric together with the release sheet 20a and forming the reinforcing fiber fabric into a rolled material state. |
