PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed material to a rolling mill so effectively that trouble caused by mill set-up changes is minimized. SOLUTION: A client computer 7 obtains identification of materials to be rolled within designated period and their specifications from a server computer 8, and displays the identification of materials to be rolled and their specifications on a monitor frame. The identification of the materials to be rolled selected from the displayed materials above, is also displayed being allocated in time series according to their rolling time indicated in the specifications of the material to be rolled.
