PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the inclination of a reading line of a reading means with respect to an original in an original reader. SOLUTION: The inclination of the reading means is adjusted by rocking the other end part side with one end part in a direction orthogonal to the original transport direction of the reading means as a fulcrum.
