PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating roller device applying an excitation voltage with a phase difference of 30 degrees to multiple induction coils, by means of a phase conversion transformer and controlling power for each induction coil individually. SOLUTION: Twelve induction coils a to 1 located inside the hollow of a rotation roll and arranged sequentially along the axial direction of the roll are heated inductively. Current controlling elements Sa-Sl are connected respectively to induction coils. The induction coils a to 1 are connected to a neutral transformer 12 for shifting the voltage phase of three-phase alternating current power supplies Eu, Ev, Ew by 30 degrees, and to the three-phase alternating current power supplies Eu, Ev, Ew. The phase difference, applied to the induction coils arranged sequentially and adjacent, is 30 degrees. The current control elements Sa-Sl individually control power for each of the induction coils, respectively.
