PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organic fertilizer using food waste and heat from waste combustion is provided to save waste disposal expense and decrease environmental pollutants. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of organic fertilizer is as follows: mixing 30wt.% of food waste with no water, 40wt.% of feldspar, 20wt.% of saw dust and 10wt.% of mica; storing a mixture in a hopper(2) temporarily, transferring it to a grinder(4) through a first conveyor screw(3); grinding; drying the mixture, being transferred to upper direction, by steam generated from a heater(8) which burns waste vinyls and tires, and hospital waste, under a second screw conveyor(7) for removing salt; compressing the heated mixture by heat generated from a heater(11); cutting it in an effective size; transferring a compact to a first dryer(14) and drying it with high temperature air arising from heat of an incinerator; drying it with cold air of a cooling pump; storing and packing. |
