PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reducing agent supply device for effectively supplying a solid reducing agent preventing the sticking of the solid reducing agents during storage or carriage without complicating the structure of the reducing agent supply device. SOLUTION: The solid reducing agent 1 is composed of a mixture agent of a solid reducing agent material derived from ammonia and a nonaqueous liquid 2, and the solid reducing agent 1 is added to the upper stream position of an NOx removal catalyst 10 installed in an exhaust gas passage of an internal combustion engine. In the case where only the NOx removal catalyst 10 is installed in the exhaust gas passage of the internal combustion engine 50, the solid reducing agent 1 is added to the exhaust gas passage between the internal combustion engine 50 and the NOx removal catalyst 50. In the case where a catalyst for converting NH3 to NO is installed in the exhaust gas passage between the internal combustion engine 1 and the NOx removal catalyst 50, the solid reducing agent is added to between the catalyst and the NOx removable catalyst 50.
