PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation to insert a plurality of optical fibers. SOLUTION: A sleeve member 100 in which a guide hole 10 is bored is arranged. The guide hole 10 has a tapered part 14 having an inside diameter which becomes small smoothly from a strand hole S1 to a fiber hole C1. If two optical fibers F1 and F2 exposed by removing the jacket of two optical fibers K1 and K2 are inserted into the strand hole S1 as they are, they are naturally guided to the fiber hole C1 by the guide hole 10, and can easily be inserted into the fiber hole C1. A process for adhering two optical fibers F1 and F2 in advance are also made unnecessary.
