PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor built-in plug and its manufacturing method capable of holding the pressure sensor under the condition where the pushing pressure is equally applied thereto so as not to have a backlash relative to the mounting seat part of a subject hardware without requiring a high-degree skill, an expansive jig/tool or the like. SOLUTION: A non-welded first fixing part T interfitted and fixed on the circumferential surface of a first swelling part 11d is formed on a cylindrical part 21a of a sensor case 21, and hereby the cylindrical part 21a of the sensor case 21 is surely held and fixed on the circumferential surface of the first swelling part 11d. Therefore, the pressure sensor can be held under the condition where the pushing pressure is equally applied thereto so as not to have a backlash relative to the mounting part (the first swelling part 11d and a second swelling part 11e) of the subject hardware 11 without requiring the high-degree skill, the expensive jig/tool or the like, to thereby suppress increase of a production cost.
