<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new seven-transmembrane type receptor protein, to provide a cDNA encoding the protein, to provide an expression system for the protein, and to provide an antibody for the protein. SOLUTION: A cDNA fragment of a mouse-originated seven-transmembrane type receptor protein ET240 is obtained by EAE-causing self-reacting T-cell 4R312 strain. Further, a cDNA code region of human-originated seven- transmembrane type receptor protein ET240 is obtained in the total length. An expression system of the encoded new protein is prepared. The antibody for the protein is also prepared. The seven-transmembrane type receptor protein ET240 can be used for searching medicines for controlling the functions of leukocyte.</p> |
