PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component part assembling structure for an intake module of low costs without requiring screws or tools for assembling accessories of an engine. SOLUTION: In the intake module comprising an intake manifold 20 for an engine assembled with an air cleaner 21 or other component part, the accessories are held in combined parts of both members, so that the accessories are fixed simultaneously as the members are assembled and fixed.
