The flexible rig consists of several masts composed of telescopic tubes able to be lengthened and shortened individually, which can be moved longitudinally and transversely on the ship. The tubes come together at the top in a rig head (2). The has a flexible connection to the sail (7), which can be rolled into two sail masts (5) by a reefing device (4).
