PURPOSE: Provided are a polyammonium dendrimer which has a polyamine group at its ends and can be self-compounded with biochemically active material, a method for preparing the same, and use thereof. CONSTITUTION: The polyammonium dendrimer is represented by formula 1, wherein each of R1 and R2 is independently hydrogen atom, aminoalkyl group having C2-C4 or diaminoalkyl group having C5-C10, O represents a dendrimer central area selected from group consisting of poly(propyleneimine) dendrimer and poly(amidoamine) dendrimer, Y represents O or NH, m is a number of functional group on surface according to coverage of dendrimer and an integer of 3-200, n is an integer of 1-3, x is an integer of 2-10, and X is selected from the group consisting of halogen atom, hexafluorophosphate, trifluoroacetate.
