PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sterilizing and cleaning water feed piping which is capable of sterilizing and cleaning the inside of the water feed piping by producing ozonized water substantially free of undissolved gaseous ozone and solving the problem of impairing the health by sucking of the gaseous ozone filled in a room by workers, residents and pets. SOLUTION: The method of ozone sterilizing and cleaning of the water feed piping for tap water comprises using a tubular perforated membrane type ozone dissolving device formed of a hydrophobic resin, forming the ozonized water under the ozone pressure in the outer peripheral part of the tube regulated to the water pressure in the tube or below and sterilizing and cleaning the piping by the ozonized water formed in the manneer described above.
