PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger spray which is reduced in terms of the number of its parts and a spray container having the trigger spray. SOLUTION: The trigger spray in which a trigger 2 is fitted movably to a base body 1, and by operating the trigger 2, the liquid of a cylinder part 13 formed in a part of the base body 1 is compressed by a piston 4, and the liquid in a container is ejected from a nozzle, is fitted with a cap 7 attached to the opening part B of a container body, a tube 10 fitted to a first valve case part 11 which is a part of the base body 1, a primary valve 8 inserted into the first valve case part 11, a cover 5 and the nozzle 6 which are engaged with the base body 1, the piston 4 sliding in the cylinder of the base body 1, the trigger 2 fitted to the base body 1 to push the piston 4, a spring body 3 which oppresses the trigger 2 to the base body 1, and a secondary valve 9 set between the nozzles 6 and the base body 1.
