PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support a tilting monitor. SOLUTION: This monitor hanging device is provided with a hanging part 1 having respective supporting side plates 5 provided suspending at both of the side ends of a horizontal top plate 3 fixed to a site such as a ceiling, a mounting part 2 having a bottom plate 7 connecting the respective lower end parts of respective side plates 8 fixed to the respective plates 5 in an inclinable state and mounting the monitor M and an upper pressing member 16 supported by the bottom surface side of the plate 3, fixed movably with tilting of the part 2 to be abutted on the upper surface of the monitor M and pressing the monitor M between with the plate 7. Furthermore, the device is provided with a connection supporting member 18 for fixing a longitudinally formed one end part 18a in the state of being pivotally movable on the side of the part 1 and fixing the other end part 18a slidably in a longitudinal direction on the side of the part 2 to support the part 2.
