PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drier for regenerating asphalt pavement wastes capable of minimizing the wastes stuck to a scraping blade. SOLUTION: Scraping plates 9 and 10 each made of a flat plate are fitted at a gap 11 between a pair of support materials 8 to form the scraping blade 2, and the scraping plate 9 is fitted at a slight distance from the base end section of the support material 8. When the scraping blade 2 is fitted to the inner peripheral wall of a drum 3, a slight gap 13 is provided between the scraping plate 9 and the inner peripheral wall of the drum 3 so that no wastes is stuck and held at a connection position between the scraping plate 9 and the inner peripheral wall of the drum 3.
