PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical vehicle seat structure in which an auxiliary seat need only be taken out of a storing box to be roughly horizontally held. SOLUTION: A bracket 17 set under a side hinge SH of the storing box 5 and a middle position of a leg member 11 are connected to each other by a link 19 of which both end parts 19a and 19b are rotatable. By interlock with rotation of the auxiliary seat 7 to be taken out of the storing box 5, the leg member 11 is automatically pulled to be raised.
