PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding box in which the strength of side walls is enhanced, the occurrence of play can be prevented and the number of parts can be reduced. SOLUTION: In a folding box 10, a tray 20, cover 30, frame 40, first-third side walls 50, 60 and 70 are provided. A lower end part of the cover 30 is rotatably connected to the tray 20. Each of the first side wall 50 and the second side wall 60 is constituted of a part respectively, and they are opposed to each other. An upper end part of the first side wall 50 and an upper end part of the second side wall 60 are rotatably connected to the frame 40, and the lower end part of the first side wall 50 and the lower end part of the second side wall 60 are rotatably connected to the tray 20. The third side wall 70 is constituted of a part, is opposed to the cover 30, and only an upper end part of the third side wall 70 is rotatably connected to the frame 40 in a direction orthogonal to a rotation direction of the first and second side walls 50 and 60.
