PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat imparting relief and comfort to a baby by utilizing a characteristic of a rush of a seat body 1 which absorbs moisture in high temperatures and discharges the moisture when the rush dries up. SOLUTION: In this rush mat seat, the seat body 1 of a rush mat or a tatami mat having an arbitrary size for spreading it on the seat part of a baby carriage or a child seat is formed with a hole 3 for inserting a fall prevention band provided in the baby carriage or the child seat.
