PURPOSE:To facilitate operation by making fine adjustment in two optical-axis directions from a single direction by the 1st block having a couple of screw holes, the 2nd block provided in opposition to the 1st block, an adjusting member fitted to the 2nd block, etc. CONSTITUTION:At both ends of the pedestal 11 of a mirror fine-adjusting device 10, the 1st and 2nd blocks 12a and 12b are provided in a couple opposite to each other. To the 2nd block 12b, a back plate 14 is fitted across a hinge part 13, and this back plate 14 and a mirror base 16 constitute a fine adjustment member. In the 1st block 12a, screw holes 19a and 19b are made and the 1st and 2nd screw members 20a and 29b screwed into them are rotated through adequate members to turn a mirror 18, thereby making fine adjustment in two optical-axis direction. Therefore, the fine-adjusting operation does not take much time, and the operation is facilitated. |
