PURPOSE: A process of preparing a therapeutic agent for hemorrhoids by heating the roe of a globefish at a specified temperature and then mixing sodium chloride is provided. The therapeutic agent for hemorrhoids is burned with alcohol and a portion of hemorrhoids is exposed thereto. CONSTITUTION: The roe of a globefish is heated at 0 to 30deg.C for 50 to 150 days, ground and mixed with sodium chloride to produce a therapeutic agent for hemorrhoids containing Tetrodotoxin.
