PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit card system and method capable of dealing with the occurrence of large transaction which cannot be dealt with within the own credit limit of a credit card company. SOLUTION: The credit card system judges whether an entry applicant can be dealt with within the own credit limit of the credit card company based on entry data from the joining applicant transmitted via the Internet, sorts the entry data to guaranty examination object data or guarantee examination non-object data, sends the guarantee examination object data to a guaranty company system, receives result data of the guaranty examination carried out to the guarantee examination object data by the guaranty company system, assigns a card number and sets the credit limit to the entry applicant concerning the guaranty examination object data based on the result data of the guaranty examination. |
