PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas combustor monitoring device to promote provision of an increased life and reduction of a consumption power through suppression of a feed of an unnecessary current to the CO sensor by enabling reliable detection of whether gas combustors including a gas combustor outputting no combustion signal to an external part are in a combustion state. SOLUTION: A standby current is constantly fed to the CO sensor 21 by a standby current feeding means 101. A combustion state deciding means 102 decides whether the gas combustor 8 is in a combustion state, based on a change in the two end voltage of the CO sensor 21 corresponding to the change in an atmosphere temperature of the CO sensor 21. A drive current to maintain the CO sensor 21 at a temperature suitable for monitoring of CO concentration is fed to the CO sensor 21 by a sensor power source control means 103 when it is decided by a combustion state deciding means 102 that the gas combustor is in a combustion state.
