PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multistage press forming machine capable of effectively removing metallic fins stuck to a blank formed in a die or a punch and cooling the forming heat generated in the die and the punch. SOLUTION: The multistage press forming machine 1 is provided with a jet holes 12c, 12f, 12g jetting air or a lubricant toward the die 6a and the punch 7a between the die 6a and the punch 7a and also a jet plate 12 for removing the metallic fins generating on forming by jetting of air or the lubricant out of the jet holes 12e, 12f, 12g and cooling the forming heat generated in the die 6a and the punch 7a.
