PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive roller capable of preventing a pressing force (adhesive strength) of the adhesive roller from becoming excessive and removing a foreign matter adhered to a surface of a face from which the foreign matter is removed. SOLUTION: This adhesive roller 20 has a moving part composed of a piston rod 25-a cylinder 24 pressing against the surface and leaving from the surface to remove the foreign matter adhered to the face F from which the foreign matter is removed, a core 21 having a circular column shape, and an adhesive member 22 mounted on the core 21. Furthermore, regulation discs 23, 23 having a diameter d smaller than an outside diameter D of the adhesive member 22 to regulate compression deformation of the adhesive member 22 when the adhesive roller 20 is pressed against the surface F and made of a material harder than the adhesive member 22 are provided in both end parts of the core 21.
