PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen a radius of curvature of an angular round part Wc at a non-undercut part Wb side of an undercut part Wa, in that which forms the undercut part Wa by an undercut forming part 2a formed in a second mold 2 by forming a recess surface 1a to the undercut part Wa in a first mold 1 for an apparatus which forms a resin product having the undercut part Wa by putting a resin sheet W1 between the first mold 1 to a product surface side and the second mold 2 to a product rear surface side. SOLUTION: A recess surface 1a is continuously connected to a forming surface 1b which forms the non-undercut part Wb of the first mold 1 by retaining a difference in a step part 1c conforming to the angular round part Wc. The part Wc of a small radius of curvature is formed by difference in step part 1c.
