PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system for installed equipment that can apply complicated control to the installed equipment in a house from outside the house. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an installed equipment controller 31, information terminal units 32, 41, and a management server unit 21. The installed equipment 31 is built in or connected to an installed equipment 35 placed in a house 3 and transmits at least either the information of the installed equipment 35 or the environment information of the house 3. The information terminal units 32, 41 are devices used by a user or the like of the installed equipment 35. The management server device 21 is placed outside the house 3 and connected to the installed equipment controller 31 and the information terminal units 32, 41 via a communication network 50 such as the Internet 51. |
