The present invention relates to an improvement to a precompression pump for spraying a liquid including a first internal compression chamber (35) formed inside a pump body between a first valve (21) for closing an orifice (20) for taking up liquid from a reservoir flask and an expulsion orifice (16); in which improvement an elastic sealing sleeve (51) is mounted between a second chamber (37) which is intermediate between the said first chamber (35) and the said expulsion orifice (16) which is shut off by a second valve (24) forming the precompression system, and a third chamber; a third valve (43) located inside the third chamber (52) is urged by third elastic means (44) towards the driving piston (31) in a position where it forms an orifice (310) of the driving piston (31) placing the third chamber (52) and the first chamber (35) in communication. <IMAGE>
