PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile working machine for civil engineering and construction, which has performance and ability available for a variety of purposes and is simplified in structure. SOLUTION: The mobile working machine for civil engineering and construction has a treating device mounted thereon, which includes a plurality of treating sections. The treating sections are formed of a plurality of modules which include connecting means, whereby a part or the whole of the modules are selectable and exchangeable. For example, when the working machine is applied to a soil improving machine, the working device is divided into a pretreatment section module for feeding raw materials, a main working section module for mixing a modifying hardener into the raw materials, an after-working section module for carrying out classification, fractionation, shredding, etc., after the work.
