<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral pipe manufacturing device and its method, enabling locking operation between a fitting portion and a locking portion, without causing detachment of a water-shutoff elastomer mounted on anti-loosing portions. SOLUTION: An expansion pin 7 is provided for forcibly expanding the fitting portion 2 to make the space between both anti-loosing portions 22, 22 larger than the width of the locking portion 3, immediately before locking the locking portion 3 of a profile 1 to the fitting portion 2 of the profile 1 adjacent thereto.</p> |
