SOLUTION: A present position computing part 40, a destination designating part 41, a route computing part 42, a guide part 43, an upper limit storing part 44 for the amount of money used for ETC, a used amount integrating part 45, a used amount accumulation storing part 46, a toll payment determining part 47 for determining whether there are toll roads in a set route, a single toll adding part 48 for adding the toll for a toll road to an accumulation of used amount, a plural toll adding part 50 for adding the tolls for a plurality of zones in the route to the accumulation of used amount, a toll comparing part 49 for comparing the sum of addition with the upper limit on the used amount, an excess zone determining part 51 for determining a zone causing the upper limit on the used amount to be exceeded, and a warning outputting part 53 for outputting a warning when the upper limit is exceeded, are established in a main CPU and a peripheral circuit 4 of a navigation device for a vehicle equipped with an on-vehicle ETC apparatus 15.
