PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device, having an outer ring formed by a press, is easily installed, and enabling grasping of the installation completed for aligning drag-energizing spring to a fixed position. SOLUTION: The outer ring 12 is composed of a plate material formed by the press. Since a spring member 30 sandwiches a guide sleeve 20 and the outer ring 12 by being inserted from the radial direction outside, installation is facilitated, and whether the spring member 30 has been installed in the fixed position can be easily seized after installation. The outer ring 12 is composed of the plate material formed by the press, weight and cost can be reduced by using a steel plate quenched after the press, and there is also the effect of being able to restrain abrasion by sliding and vibration at alignment time. Since there is no need to form a disc spring engaging groove on the outer periphery of the guide sleeve 20, the guide sleeve 20 can be molded by axial draw molding, so that the cost can be reduced. The inside seal of a bearing 10 can also be omitted, and as a result, the cost can be reduced further.
