PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of foreign matters into the inside and facilitate the fitting and removal of a cover body. SOLUTION: An insert body 15 having a female screw section 15a to be screwed with a fitting bolt for fitting a fitted member is buried in a concrete structure 10. A holder 16, through which the fitting bolt is inserted, is buried between the insert body 15 and the outer wall of the concrete structure 10, and the cover body 23 having elastic tensile bodies 23c at opposite positions in the radial direction is removably fitted to the holder 16.
