The invention relates to a process for preparing a product with high nutritive value based on seeds of soya,, bean, lentil, pea, horse bean, wheat, rye, barley, oat, corn, sunflower, comprising the following steps: washing of seeds, germination of seeds in a solution containing macroelements, microelements and vitamins, freeze-drying, testing and grinding of germinated seeds. During this process, the germination of seeds takes place at a temperature of 38...58 degree C, for 8...32 hours; the germination process is stimulated at first either in an alternating field of 0.5...1.5 kV/cm, for 5...15 s, or under low vacuum conditions of 0.5...2 at -1, finally the germination process being amplified in the presence of ethylene, in an amount of 1...2.5 l/m3 and is stopped by freeze-drying which determins a reduction of the humidity of the seeds up to 5...15%. The germinating seeds are tested at pressure values ranging between 0.5 and 2 at -1 and at a temperature of 90...150 degree C.
